You will need to provide your email, phone number, shipping address and card details.

Please ensure you enter the correct email address as all communications will be sent to your email address.

Yes! Send an email to sales@cbdinfusions.co.uk with your updated details and a member of the customer service team will get this updated for you. Please do this as soon as possible as once the parcel has been dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as refunds cannot be carried out once your order has been dispatched. Email us at sales@cbdinfusions.co.uk or call us at 01382 690820 and have your order number to hand.

Once you have cancelled your order, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking link so you can see the status of your order.

Please note that the delivery duration is calculated from the date of dispatch, rather than when the order was placed or created.

We would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the dispatch date before contacting us. Claims for a lost item, replacements or refunds cannot be processed until after this time. 

Please note, we take no responsibility for items that have been delivered to a place of work or any shared mailboxes. If your parcel has been marked as delivered to any of these places and goes missing, we cannot replace or refund the item.

These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, please email customer service at sales@cbdinfusions.co.uk with you name and they will be able to help locate your order details.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it’s still not working, please contact sales@cbdinfusions.co.uk with your name and order number.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any orders due to the quick processing time of our fulfilment team please contact sales@cbdinfusions.co.uk or call us on 01382 690820 as soon as possible with your order number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you. 

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be amended.

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex and more.

Due to restrictions with the following payment providers, we cannot offer these services, if anything changes, we will update our payment gateways to suit.

Not accepted: Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. 

Please contact sales@cbdinfusions.co.uk with your name and details of the discount code you are trying to use.

If your item has arrived defective or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via returns@cbdinfusions.co.uk. Please include your order number and any photo’s / evidence of the issue.

Once reviewed, you will be provided with a returns label to send your item back. You will be offered a refund or an exchange for the faulty product.

Please note refunds / exchanges will only be processed once your return has been received and inspected.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we do not replace or exchange any products that have been opened if not faulty.

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. If your order has exceeded 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

Any item that has been opened cannot be returned, unless faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (you should quote your order number when requesting a refund).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Faulty Items Exchange / Refund (if applicable)

If your item has arrived defective or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via returns@cbdinfusions.co.uk. Please include your order number and any photo’s / evidence of the issue.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit / debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@cbdinfusions.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, if unopened, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

If you are shipping a return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
